By purchasing a month to month, 3-month or 6-month subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods at the original subscription rate. The date the order is submitted will be the ‘commencement date’ of your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please see the ‘Subscription Cancellation’ section below. If you order a My Purrfect Gift Box as a gift there will be one payment only at the time you place the order. All orders are subject to acceptance by My Purrfect Gift Box. My Purrfect Gift Box is not obliged to accept your order and may, at its discretion, decline to accept an order.
As a subscribed My Purrfect Gift Box member, each month we will send you a Gift Box with a different selection of items for yourself and your cat if you have chosen that option, that may consist of a selection from home décor, fashion accessories, stationery, office products, artwork, books, food, treats, toys, health products, hygiene products, grooming products, gadgets, samples, or other cat-themed and cat related items (“Products”). Each month of your subscription, the selection of Products may change. My Purrfect Gift Box cannot guarantee that a selection available in a particular timeframe will be available in any subsequent timeframe. You recognise that occasionally because of problems sourcing stock from My Purrfect Gift Box’s suppliers or for other reasons beyond My Purrfect Gift Box’s control it is possible that orders may be dispatched later than the usual dispatch date of the 20th of the month.
Shipping and handling fees are charged in addition to your order. Shipping charges are periodically increased to meet the current shipping rates in effect at the time. We do not give notification of shipping charge increases.
Shipping dates and/or arrival times are only estimates. For loss/damage claims, you must notify My Purrfect Gift Box within 30 days of the date of your purchase if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged. Replacement of Products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. We will adjust your account at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of your membership.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your My Purrfect Gift Box account and clicking the ‘cancel your subscription’ link at the bottom of your account details page. If you cancel your subscription prior to your recurring payment date you will not be charged and will not receive a My Purrfect Gift Box that month. If you cancel your subscription after your recurring payment date you will be charged and receive a My Purrfect Gift Box that month. My Purrfect Gift Box may terminate your membership, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or policies, is harmful our business interests, or for an inactive account.
You may cancel an order and receive a refund at any time within fourteen (14) days of the 'commencement date'. In this case, you will be entitled to a refund of the price paid for the Goods or Products and delivery in accordance with the My Purrfect Gift Box refunds policy (see below). Each My Purrfect Gift Box subscription including the whole term of such is for these purposes treated as a single order, for the avoidance of doubt you may only cancel a My Purrfect Gift Box subscription and receive a refund within fourteen (14) days of making payment. You may cancel any subscription at any time, but only when you do so within the initial fourteen (14) day period you shall be entitled to a refund (as required by the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013). To cancel an order in this way, you must log into your account and cancel your subscription. Alternatively, you can inform My Purrfect Gift Box by email, giving us your name, address and order reference and we will process the cancellation for you. You must also return any Products/Goods to My Purrfect Gift Box within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products/Goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, My Purrfect Gift Box may have a right to claim the cost of any deterioration from you, together with any administration/handling charges. If a Product is defective, you may return it and we will send you a new item or credit your account. All defective products must be returned to My Purrfect Gift Box in its original packaging as soon as any defect is discovered and within fourteen days of receipt by you.
